Concerns: pushword/conversation
Reviews can now carry a public reply and the name of who replied. Both are stored as custom properties on the review (no schema change) — edit them inline in the review list or from the full edit form at /admin/review. On the front, the reply renders below the review with a — Reply from {author} footer.
conversation_review_default_reply_author sets the name used in the footer when a review has no explicit reply author. With neither set, the footer falls back to a generic "Reply from the team".composer update then php bin/console cache:clear. Nothing to run against the database (replies live in the review's customProperties).review.html.twig or reviewTruncated.html.twig: copy the new {% block reviewReply %} from the shipped templates into your override, otherwise published replies stay invisible to visitors.
