Concerns: pushword/newsletter
Routine source notices now use a neutral presentation. Existing notices strings remain supported. Listeners can set noticeLevels[$source] to warning for delayed/failed refreshes or danger when the source is unavailable without cached data. The default is info. See the campaign index contract. No database update is needed.
