Image contentUrl on the page host

The ImageObject that imageLicenseJsonLd() emits now builds contentUrl from the site’s base_url instead of base_live_url, so a static host no longer points Google at its PHP origin.

Sites whose base_live_url differs from base_url. Regenerate the static pages (pw:static) to publish the corrected URLs; a template override of imageLicenseJsonLd() written to work around this can go.
