Agent instructions now use AGENTS.md

vendor/pushword/docs/CLAUDE.md moved to vendor/pushword/docs/AGENTS.md, and new projects no longer create a root CLAUDE.md symlink. Update that path in your root AGENTS.md; if CLAUDE.md is a symlink to it, remove the symlink.

Colon-containing Markdown link classes render correctly

Inline link attributes such as {.hover:underline} now render the complete class; no action is required.
